Dock Supervisor

As a Dock Supervisor , you’ll lead a small team and oversee dynamic cross-dock operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top quality service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in transportation, we want to hear from you!

Position Details :

Location : Grand Falls Windsor, NL

Schedule : Sunday – Thursday (11 : 30 PM – 8 : 00 AM)

Experience Required : 4+ years

Education : Trade Certificate or College Diploma

What You’ll Do :

Develop and train dock employees

Achieve and improve dock KPI goals

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards

Maintain company procedures and policies

Review and control operational costs

Participate in weekend reefer check rotation

Operate shunt truck / straight truck if required

Assist in achieving terminal and company goals such as on-time delivery, safety, and claims management

What We’re Looking For :

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of AS400 and MS Office

Cross dock and forklift experience

Understanding of productivity measures and trailer equipment

Shunting capabilities / straight truck movement knowledge

Class 1 Driver’s License
