We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk, located in Toronto, Ontario. The role primarily involves converting physical documents into digital format and maintaining an efficient filing system. This position will be office-based, operating five days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Digitizing physical documents to maintain an organized electronic filing system.
- Ensuring proper organization and secure storage of digital files.
- Performing data entry tasks as required.
- Using software such as Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS / 400, About Time, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Handling inbound calls and providing prompt and effective customer service.
- Creating charts and graphs for data visualization purposes.
- Performing various clerical duties, including correspondence.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks during regular office hours.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for managing and sharing documents
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and benefits management
- Familiarity with A-Systems for accounting and job cost management
- Competency in Epic Software for managing electronic health records
- Knowledge of IBM AS / 400 for business computing tasks
- Proficiency in About Time for mobile time and attendance tracking
- Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
- Experience with Charts - Graphs for data representation
- Skilled in performing Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and copying
- Ability to handle Correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and document management
