About the Role : A well-established Canadian manufacturer of premium, custom-designed windows and doors is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join their growing team in Toronto. This position is focused on residential sales within the Greater Toronto Area and offers the opportunity to work with a mix of existing clients while also driving new business growth.You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial client engagement and site visits to proposal development, installation coordination, and after-sales service. Ideal for a results-oriented professional with a background in construction or building products, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to represent a respected brand known for quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities : Manage residential sales activities across the Toronto region, working with homeowners, builders, and contractors.Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.Conduct client consultations to understand project needs, assess timelines and budgets, and recommend suitable product solutions.Collaborate with internal estimating and production teams to develop accurate proposals and quotations.Support successful installation and project execution through ongoing communication with clients and site teams.Track sales performance and report regularly to the Regional Manager.Attend site visits to ensure product delivery and installation standards are met.Qualifications : Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or home improvement industries.Previous experience with windows, doors, or custom product sales is considered a strong asset.Post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects at different stages.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM tools and digital resources.A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.Compensation & Benefits : Competitive commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package including : Extended health and dental careVision careLife and disability insuranceRRSP matchPaid vacation and personal timeCasual dress and on-site parkingWork Schedule : Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend or on-call work as needed.In-person role based in the Greater Toronto Area.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
