Insight Global's partner is expanding across Canada and is seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join their team in Halifax. Responsibilities : Support Branch Staff with Service Department needs, including handling service calls, creating work orders, issuing invoices, and managing reports. Assist Project Managers / Superintendents with project administration, including data entry, contract creation, scheduling, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting notes, handle payroll duties, manage mail, and perform general office maintenance. Required Skills & Experience : 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in the construction industry. High school diploma. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Hourly for this role is $20 / hr to start. This is a contract-to-hire position.
