At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role. Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP, CRM and / or ERP experience is an asset. If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing white-glove customer service, and have exceptional written and oral French language skills, this role is for you!
Here’s what you’ll do :
- Managing customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values.
- Supporting customers with modifying orders.
- Educating customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.
- Creating and updating accounts accurately.
- Working with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.
- Work with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects.
- Ability to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners.
