Are you ready to help our customers take their Cybersecurity to the next level?
Our team and what we'll accomplish together
As a Senior Cybersecurity CSA, you'll play an essential role in supporting our clients and sales teams to perform needs assessment, product demonstration, opportunity qualification, solution design and proposal development. You will perform consultative selling, conveying technical concepts effectively to senior management, business decision-makers and project stakeholders. You are self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for knowledge transition to post-sales implementation and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
What you'll do in this role
- Help attain regional sales growth and revenue targets
- Represent the TELUS Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio including managed security services, advisory and technical professional services
- Consult with clients to identify business requirements and qualify opportunities
- Develop technical recommendations, solutions, statements of work and proposals to meet customer requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement to evolve tools, processes, and service capabilities
