Our client is well-known in the industry, and they want you to be one of their Senior Underwriters for one of their P&C teams.
What you will be doing :
- Lead underwriting decisions on new business and renewals, including pricing and policy terms
- Grow existing book of business and develop new broker relationships through networking and market visits
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to management
- Participate in industry events, broker meetings, and product development initiatives
- Train and mentor junior underwriters and provide underwriting sign-off as needed
