The IT Project Coordinator will support the Technology Project Manager in overseeing projects from initiation to completion. This role involves defining project needs and objectives, coordinating resources, and ensuring that deliverables align with strategic goals. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities : Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals. Coordinate resources and facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Communicate project updates, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and status reports.Organize and facilitate regular project status meetings, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and following up on key deliverables. Support the Project Manager in risk management and mitigation strategies. Assist in preparing and presenting project updates to senior management.The ideal candidate profile : 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in a multidepartmental environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong financial skills to help monitor budgets and prepare financial reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
