They take pride in a collaborative environment and commitment to excellence.Your new role In your new role as an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for taking changes from purchasers and making adjustments to existing drawings using AutoCAD. This is not about reinventing the wheel but making precise modifications within set limitations.Your day-to-day role will include such duties as adjusting and updating architectural drawings based on purchaser requests using AutoCAD. You will ensure all changes comply with building codes and company standards.You will regularly collaborate with the VP of Construction and other team members to ensure seamless project execution as well as communicate effectively with colleagues, including the Design Centre, to understand the client's customization needs and limitations.What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this very important role, you must have at least 5 or more years of experience in a similar role, Residential construction, as an Architectural Technologist. A must-have requirement is a BCIN certification and strong proficiency in AutoCAD.You should be an excellent communicator and work well in a small team environment.
