Main responsibilities and tasks of the position Prepare the end of month file for companies (reconciliations and analyses) Monitor bank accounts and loans Produce various analysis reports Update weekly financial dashboards Monitor cash flows (accounts receivable and payable) Supervise the preparation of payroll and management of employee files Prepare periodic government declarations and remittances (DAS, GST / TVQ, T4 / R1 etc.) Knowledge of American sales taxes (an asset) Prepare and record end-of-month entries Manage customer credit and monitor receipts of all customer accounts Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by carrying out account reconciliations Review the TECs of current projects Participate in taking inventories and analyze discrepancies Participate in the end of year processes for our 3 companies Participate in the implementation of a new ERP accounting system (Winter 2025) Participate in the budget process
