Job Summary

If you’re interested in a Facility Worker, then this is the best role for you. You will perform general cleaning maintenance duties.

Job Description

Empty all trash containers, collect all sort of recycling, set-up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed, clean cafeteria, lunchrooms and conference rooms, clean outside areas of building as needed, performs other duties as assigned.
Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Worker could work in Commercial Plant or Foundation Plant.

Skills Required

4-6 years of experience.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Education / Training / Certifications

HS Diploma / GED required.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.

It would be good if the person could drive a bobcat or willing to be trained for that.

The start time could change. In this moment could be at 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM but could change to earlier 2- 3 hours or later 2-3 hours Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate / Salary

Estimated Salary : $11.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications.
