Are you an experienced leader with an exceptional track record looking to make a significant impact in our hospitality group? Vintage Group Inc. is hiring a Director of Operations to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. With new high end restaurant concepts on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to help lead an innovative company dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities will include :
1. Operational Oversight
- Monitor daily operations : Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house functions,
ensuring everything runs smoothly, from service to kitchen production.

2. Financial Management
operational costs such as labor, inventory, and food costs.
