Summary : The Safety Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administration of the records related to incidents, injuries accident investigations, compliance audits and other safety activities. The incumbent will support the Safety Manager in executing the safety protocols.
This is a hybrid position that can be based out of Prince George, BC or Calgary, AB.

58,000 - $64,000 annually

Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Oversight of the administration of SiteDocs, or other corporate systems, including entry of records, running reports, and auditing as necessary.
Oversight of the Canadian component of the Performance Review Program within Wright Service Corp University in cooperation with WSC Risk Department.Including entry of records, running reports, and auditing as necessary.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of tracking systems within the safety management system.
Assist with post incident processes.
Tracking of and participating as a member of the audit team in COR, ISO, TCIA Accreditation and other Certification audits as required.
Maintain First Aid / CPR documentation within SiteDocs.
Assist with invoice processing for the department as needed.
Ensure compliance of the company safety, education, and training programs by assisting in creating necessary forms, applications, or other related items as needed.
Provide backup support to Safety Manager as needed.Perform other duties within the department as necessary.
Requirements :
2 - 4 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems or other database systems.
Adobe Acrobat experience an asset.
Experience working with a remote workforce and with workers in multiple locations.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must have a proactive work style along with the ability to take ownership of job duties and responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Excellent and written communications skills.
Excellent customer services skills and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with both corporate office and field employees.
