Job Description

The opportunity :

The Director, Data, Analytics & AI leads the development and execution of RCL’s data and analytics strategy, driving actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and overall business performance. This role requires effective storytelling, combined with deep experience in data science and advanced analytics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsabilities :

• Develop a comprehensive data and analytics strategy, aligned with corporate objectives
• Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning into business processes, ensuring effective cross-functional governance of key initiatives
• Develop RCL’s data science practice, to drive predictive analytics, product recommendations price optimization and inventory management
• Oversee the collection, management, and governance of customer data to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
• Own the roadmap for business intelligence, developing dashboards and reports that drive key business decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
• Build excellent partnerships with leaders across the Digital, CRM, eComm, Retail, Merchandising and Marketing teams; empower their teams with the data and insights required to take better business decisions
• Drive the broader data culture across RCL brands and be a champion to drive more business decisions through insights
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in data science and artificial intelligence to bring the best innovation to RCL
