This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, installing, and optimizing camera security systems and physical security for buildings, facilities, and job sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing project requirements, developing system architecture, leading installation teams, and ensuring seamless network integration.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & DesignAssess client security needs and develop comprehensive security solutions.Design and implement camera surveillance systems, access control solutions, and networked security infrastructure.Prepare project estimates, including equipment, labor, and installation costs.Ensure designs align with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Installation, Leadership & Team CoordinationInstall and wire access control systems, including swipe access, door access, gate access, and key card access.Perform structured cabling and wiring to support system infrastructure.Set up, configure, and network security servers for optimal performance.Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.Networking & System OptimizationConfigure and manage security system servers, ensuring seamless device connectivity.Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Maintain system security and data integrity through proper setup and monitoring.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and network setups.Create wiring schematics, network diagrams, and technical documentation.Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in camera security systems, access control installations, and networking.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and oversee installation teams.Extensive knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, and structured cabling.Experience configuring and networking security servers.Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Certifications in security systems, networking, or related fields are an asset.Why Join Latium Technologies?At Latium Technologies, you’ll work with cutting-edge security and AI technology, pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry.
