Customer Service Representative

General Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints;
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries;
  • Process orders, forms, and requests;
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints;
  • Record details of actions taken;
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or better;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Proficiency of relevant computer applications;
  • Strong data entry skills;
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment.

    • Key Competencies

  • Bilingual with English Fluency;
  • Spanish is an asset;

    • Status : 1  part-time position

    Schedule :

    Saturday : 10 : 30am to 5 : 00pm (6 hours)

    Monday to Friday : up to a maximum of 24 hours
