Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily maintenance of crushing plant.Ensure all equipment is ready for operation for the day.Clean up of any spills and production materials in the plant, reporting to foreman as required.Preventative maintenance on machinery as required, directed by plant operator.Adhering to all safety policies and processes.Completion of required paperworkFollowing safety policy and proceduresAdditional tasks as required by supervisor.QualificationsPrevious experience working in a crusher plant is an asset.Welding and electrical background would be an asset, but not required.Valid Class 5 drivers license.Have your own source of transportation to and from the job site.Ability to stand for long periods of time, routinely lift up to 50lbs, and comfortable working in environment with noise and dust.Must be hardworking and works well with others.You will also demonstrate : A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and safety.Foster development and growth in workforce and encourage cross training.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Effective organizational, time management and analytical skills.Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
