Description de posteRecruit, train, supervise, and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff. Set performance expectations, provide guidance, and conduct regular evaluations. Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels, oversee supply orders, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock availability while minimizing costs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation, timely service, and high-quality culinary offerings. Prioritize delivering an exceptional dining experience by upholding high standards of customer service. Engage with customers, promptly address inquiries or concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, taking necessary steps to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Collaborate in developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Analyze financial reports, including sales figures, expenses, and budgets, and implement necessary actions to optimize performance. Implement cost-control measures to manage labor costs, food waste, and other operational expenses. Conduct regular financial audits and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry is a prerequisite. Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, encompassing food preparation, service, and safety standards. Financial acumen to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and effectively manage costs. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with restaurant management / POS software, such as OpenTable Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
