Description de poste

As a Marketing Account Coordinator, you will support the account management team in ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between Account Managers and internal teams, ensuring projects are on track, deadlines are met, and campaigns are well executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in day-to-day client deliverables and relationship management.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels.
  • Prepare project timelines, task lists, and status reports to ensure all team members are aligned.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support campaign strategy and planning.
  • Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and helping clients achieve their goals.
