Forty years ago in New Orleans, Louisiana, a taste sensation was born. What began with one small restaurant and one big idea turned into a craze that swept the nation – and the world.
As an Assistant Manager at Popeyes, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will assist in guest recovery and supervise shifts independently, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for cash accountability, conducting shift huddles, and completing self-evaluations to maintain performance standards.
You will support the development of supervisors and team members by enhancing their skills and fostering growth. Key responsibilities include forecasting sales, managing food costs, labor, and other controllable expenses, as well as ordering products and scheduling shifts. Additionally, you will review and approve food invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
- Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
