They value collaboration, creativity, and a passion for excellence in every project they undertake.Your New RoleAs a Project Coordinator for the New Restaurant Openings team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Project Managers in the design, construction, and coordination of new restaurants. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is executed smoothly from initial feasibility studies to the final stages of construction and deficiency management.Your responsibilities will include developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, preparing feasibility site plans and architectural design drawings, liaising with key stakeholders, assisting in all project phases, creating digital architectural renderings and custom signage graphics, preparing equipment lists, tracking and implementing drawing and equipment changes, and communicating with partners to provide updates and monitor progress.What You’ll Need to SucceedFormal Training : Relevant education in building technology or equivalent.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in architectural drafting and construction practices.Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and familiarity with collaborative tools like Smartsheets and Google Suite.Knowledge : Ability to read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural drawings.Abilities : Exceptional space planning, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What You Will Get in ReturnGrowth Opportunities : Be part of a team that values your professional development and offers opportunities for career advancement.Collaborative Environment : Work with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to achieving common goals.Impact : Contribute to the successful opening of new restaurants and the achievement of our Climate Goals.The company offers a Hybrid work schedule after the 3 month probation company, and many other great company perks!
