Responsibilities :

  • Master of Appointments : Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
  • Guest Experience Guru : Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone!
  • Recall and Reminder Rockstar : Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  • Communication Connoisseur : Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
  • Proactive Planner : Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  • Cash Handling Champion : Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  • Feedback Aficionado : Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
