Description de posteMinimum 3 years' experience in the maintenance / caretaking field. Physical ability to work in multi-story building and physical stamina to lift and carry up to 25 kg. Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check Valid Class 5 driver's license. Current satisfactory driver's abstract and claims experience letter. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English. A flexible, willing, and positive attitude.
Green Acres Foundation is seeking a Caretaker / Maintenance Person who is a dynamic multi-tasker with a positive attitude, a flexible schedule, and wants to work in a team environment.
The ideal candidate should be focused, driven, and have above average customer skills.

As part of the Building Caretaker / Maintenance personnel at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for the following :
- Performing general maintenance, caretaking, grounds keeping, and exterior site duties.
- Conducting regular inspections of the buildings, grounds, utility systems, and machinery.
- Completing administrative paperwork as it relates to the position.
- Assisting with cleaning and janitorial duties.
- Attending to maintenance emergencies as they occur.
Requirements :
5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or Building Operator "B" Certificate is considered an asset.
