Adecco is at the forefront of Consulting and Staffing, we are working with one of our long time clients in the Transportation industry committed to fostering a culture of agility and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Agile PMO Manager to establish and lead our Agile PMO.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and lead an Agile PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Develop and implement an Agile PMO framework tailored to the specific needs of the organization.

Establish governance frameworks and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Agile projects to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Drive process improvements and challenge the status quo to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.

Prioritize and align projects to ensure they deliver maximum value to the organization. Qualifications :

Extensive experience in setting up and leading an Agile PMO.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and KPIs for Agile projects.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
