The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting training and managing volunteers to support the organization s programs and events. This role involves ensuring that volunteers have a positive and meaningful experience while contributing to the organization s mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment and retention strategies.
• Coordinate volunteer orientation and training sessions.
• Match volunteers with appropriate roles and responsibilities.
• Supervise and support volunteers during their service.
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and activities.
• Recognize and appreciate volunteer contributions.
• Collaborate with program staff to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.

Bachelor s degree in social work, human resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer management or coordination. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
