Description de posteManage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections. Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline billing and collection processes. Assist in preparing monthly Accounts Receivable reports. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations. Train and mentor junior AR team members as needed. If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply Working towards Canadian CPA Designation (CPA) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field Strong understanding of Agency Bill, Direct Bill. Advanced Microsoft excel skills Proficiency in Epic and Oracle Excellent communication, and problem- solving skills Experience with AR automation tools or software (Preferred)

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join BrokerLink, and work out of our Calgary, AB office. On a Permanent FT Basis.
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in optimizing cash flow, streamlining accounts receivable processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proven ability to lead teams, reduce delinquency rates, and implement effective financial controls to support organizational growth.
