We offer a direct hire after 3 months with full benefits, a safe working environment and a competitive salary.
We are currently hiring part-time leading to full time accounting clerks for Invoicing, A / R, A / P.
Location : Steeles Ave and Bramalea Rd
Mon-Fri : 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with A / R, A / P, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and other transactions
- Work in a team environment
- Updating the general ledger system
- General Accounting functions; assist with month-end reconciliations
- Assist with reconcile and investigate discrepancies by interacting directly with other departments
- Assist with setup of new customer and vendor accounts and maintenance
