Your job, as Manager, ETS Planning and Scheduling within our Process Maintenance Team, will be planning and scheduling processes of maintenance work orders to sustain equipment reliability through leverage of individual trade capacities and customer requirements.

Main responsibilities :
Responsible for planning and scheduling large volume of work orders per month for multiple trades in a unionized environment.
Operate and administrate the SAP Plant Maintenance module as it relates to the planning and scheduling process.
Collaborate with a variety of production, technical, quality and safety representatives to ensure positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
About you
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum two (2) years of previous related experience in scheduling or building maintenance planning / environment.
3-5 years Building and Equipment Maintenance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Good working knowledge of the planned maintenance module of SAP
Advanced level of Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and VBA Macro’s
