Working closely with Practice Managers and operational leaders, you’ll implement best practices, streamline clinic operations, and enhance efficiency.
Description
- Guide and mentor Practice Managers to elevate clinic performance and establish a high-standard culture.
- Set and track clinic performance metrics, focusing on both financial outcomes and team engagement.
- Proactively address challenges related to personnel, processes, and technology within clinics.
- Collaborate with teams in Member Experience, Virtual Care, People Operations, and Veterinary Medicine to drive success.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and labor management aligned with overall P&L goals.
- Facilitate new clinic openings, ensuring seamless transitions from hiring to operational readiness.
- Conduct regular team meetings to inspire performance, solve challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Train and empower clinic leaders to effectively guide their teams and drive business success.
- Foster a vibrant community across all clinics and regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, with a background in veterinary medicine strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing multi-unit or multi-practice settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of veterinary medicine and clinic operations is highly valued.
- Excellent business acumen with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience building strong relationships and leading talent in high-growth, startup environments.
