The work :

Accenture's Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation.

These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas : Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

Responsibilities :

Managing Service-now operational tickets, maintaining SLA, Network troubleshooting, Deployment ,configuration and troubleshooting of new Network Router / Switches / WIFI / Cisco ISE,Firepower / Cisco DNA / NAC.

Basic User or application routing issue troubleshooting.

Security Clearance OR ability to obtain Canadian Reliability Security Clearance is a must

Candidate must reside in Ottawa or Toronto for this position.

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Network support - providing support services including provisioning, environment management and maintenance, and operational support services for a few network technologies including Cisco environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Network Infrastructure-BGP, OSPF, EIGRP redistribution, Prefix, IP Tracking, Cisco Firepower routing, NAC, Nexus 5K,9K, ASA,SD-WAN,WIFI-6,Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Routers-ISR,ASR, Catalyst 8000 switch.
