Network Operation Sr Analyst
Location : Toronto / Ottawa
Responsibilities :
Managing Service-now operational tickets, maintaining SLA, Network troubleshooting, Deployment ,configuration and troubleshooting of new Network Router / Switches / WIFI / Cisco ISE,Firepower / Cisco DNA / NAC.
Basic User or application routing issue troubleshooting.
- Security Clearance OR ability to obtain Canadian Reliability Security Clearance is a must
- Candidate must reside in Ottawa or Toronto for this position.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
Basic Qualification :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network support - providing support services including provisioning, environment management and maintenance, and operational support services for a few network technologies including Cisco environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Network Infrastructure-BGP, OSPF, EIGRP redistribution, Prefix, IP Tracking, Cisco Firepower routing, NAC, Nexus 5K,9K, ASA,SD-WAN,WIFI-6,Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Routers-ISR,ASR, Catalyst 8000 switch.
