Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Compliance Analyst for a 6-month contract, 1-2 days / week in office in downtown Toronto.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Analyst with a financial services background.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage client complaints, including onboarding, e-file creation, and communications; ensure timely handling and regulatory notifications
  • Assess, analyze, and investigate complaints; provide recommendations and responses for resolution
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory and legal proceedings
  • Collaborate with support units, manage email inboxes, and maintain complaint logs
  • Recommend policy and procedure improvements based on complaint and regulatory feedback

Requirements :

  • 3+ years' of relevant experience working for a large financial institution
  • Completion of securities courses such as Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Good knowledge of Canadian regulatory and industry trends
  • Experience working within FI specifically Wealth Management or Canadian Banking
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
