Randstad is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a freight and transportation company in Calgary.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and overseeing your team’s performance.
This role offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour, with a full-time opportunity available from your first day and a comprehensive compensation package following your probationary period.

Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse
Schedule and train team members
Operate machinery within the warehouse
Inspect equipment and other material handling equipment (MHE)
Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in transportation and logistics
Must have a valid forklift license
Class 1 license and background in shunting
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Leadership experience to guide and develop teams
