COMPENSATION :

  • On-target earnings Year 1 : $55,000+
  • On-target earnings Year 2 : $65,000+
  • On-target earnings Year 3 : $75,000+
  • Opportunity to earn and grow with uncapped commissions

Traditional employee benefits sales techniques haven't progressed in that time, and the industry is setting small and medium businesses up to fail But most business owners don’t even know about the fastest growing benefits provider in the country, so how would we ever get the word out?

YOUR ROLE

Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan.

Technically, we're known as "prospectors" : we find high-potential contacts and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from comfortable offices or from your own home (we offer a Hybrid working arrangement) during business hours, plus our Happy Friday Program, giving you every second Friday off!

THIS IS NICE

  • Experience cold-calling, prospecting, or business development
  • Experience using a CRM, Outlook, Office 365
  • Experience in insurance / financial services
