Canadian HealthLabs (CHL) is a national healthcare solutions providercontracted to provide healthcare services for various public andprivate sector organizations throughout Canada.
As TalentAcquisition Specialists it is our job to introduce potentialsuperstars in Various healthcare positions to our company andensure a seamless recruiting process.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist yourexceptional recruiting skills and adaptable nature will beessential to deliver a topquality candidate experience whileretrieving the most information possible from potential candidates.
Your technical acumen will help you gather the information and datarequired from every candidate and your knowledge of the rules andlaws will keep you on top of even the most difficultsituations.
Responsibilities :
- Recommend various sourcing methods includingjob boards social media professional networks and industryevents.
- Conduct thorough candidateassessments including interviews and skillsevaluations.
- Utilize our applicanttracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidaterecords.
- Lead interviews andprovide feedback to Clinical and Contracting Teams helping themmake informed hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidatesproviding a positive experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
- Stay informed aboutindustry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitmentapproach.
Qualificationsand Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or certificate in Business PsychologyHuman Resources recruitment or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
- At least two (2) yearsexperience in Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques andplatforms.
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Ability toassess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fiteffectively.
- Experience withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitmentsoftware.
- Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail.
- Access to highspeed internet with largebandwidth.
- Access to a dedicatedhome office space free of noise anddistraction.
- Bring your Own Device(BYOD) Windows or OS with Google Chrome.
