As Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at ScalePad, you'll be the driving force behind building an efficient, scalable, and data-driven marketing engine.

In this key role, you’ll optimize our processes, tech stack, and analytics to enable smarter decisions and seamless execution.

By designing strategies that boost productivity and deliver measurable results, you’ll align with our growth goals and foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and success teams.

Your work will strengthen our ability to engage, convert, and retain customers, playing a central role in ScalePad’s marketing success.

Responsibilities.

Marketing Operations Strategy, Execution and Management

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Marketing Operations that supports scalable growth and long-term marketing success.
  • Create and execute short-term operations plans that support marketing’s in-year achievement of objectives.
  • Hands-on execution as needed to support key operational tasks, including technology / platform setup, tracking and reporting.

Technology Management and Optimization

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools like marketing automation, attribution, analytics, email platforms, and more.
  • Liaise with Revenue Operations to enhance lead scoring, automation, and nurture workflows, and evaluate new technologies to streamline operations.
  • Implement best practices for technology usage, providing training and hands-on support to optimize tool effectiveness.

Process Standardization and Automation

  • Lead the development and implementation of streamlined marketing processes, across campaign planning, execution, and analysis, enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless workflow from start to finish.
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes for lead management, attribution, reporting, and campaign workflows to drive consistency and reliability in marketing operations.
  • Align marketing strategies and processes with sales, document workflows, and create dashboards, ensuring consistent and collaborative execution across all channels.

Performance Reporting and Analytics

  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards that provide clear, real-time, data-driven insights on campaign success, customer engagement, and pipeline contribution, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Foster a continuous understanding of marketing KPIs and performance through reporting of results and opportunities at various levels across the company.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for campaigns, channels, and programs, and make recommendations for reallocating resources to high-impact activities.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to maintain data accuracy and integrity across HubSpot and other marketing systems, translating metrics into actionable improvements.

Lead & Data Management :

  • Establish best practices for lead management, including scoring, routing, and tracking, while maintaining data compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data hygiene standards across marketing databases and adherence to privacy standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration :

  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to drive cohesive operations.
  • Ensure alignment within marketing and between marketing, sales and customer success, driving coordinated efforts for optimal funnel performance.
  • Work closely with IT, Compliance, and Finance to ensure operations align with company policies and budget goals.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure marketing operations are compliant with relevant global data privacy and communication regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Implement platforms, tools and / or processes for data protection, security, and risk management across marketing platforms and systems.

Qualifications.

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, specifically in data analysis, CRM / automation systems, and process optimization, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing a marketing tech stack, including CRM (HubSpot required), marketing automation, and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills and deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics, with experience in KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and implement scalable workflows for campaign management, lead generation, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with a talent for coordinating multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and executing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ROI analysis and resource allocation to maximize impact, including experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize and motivate teams at all levels to execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical and performance topics for diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of data regulation and compliance best practices, ensuring data integrity across marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, attribution modeling, and CRM data management for optimized customer journeys.
  • Process-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for building and refining efficient, scalable systems.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional environments and staying calm under pressure.
