partner staffing onbehalf of our Client is looking for a highly motivated ElectricalEngineer Level III. You will be responsible for leading theelectrical design and analysis for commercial and mixeduseprojects.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team toensure that electrical systems are designed to meet the higheststandards of performance safety andsustainability.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities :

Leadthe design and development of electrical systems including powerdistribution lighting fire alarm and communication systems forcommercial and mixeduse buildings.

Ensure compliance with allrelevant codes andstandards.

Workclosely with architects mechanical engineers and other team membersto integrate electrical designs with other building systems.

Participate in coordination meetings to resolve design conflictsand optimize systemperformance.

• Provideadvanced technical expertise in electrical engineering. Mentor andguide junior engineers and technicians and review their work toensure accuracy andquality.
• Incorporateenergyefficient and sustainable practices into electrical designs.Explore and implement innovative solutions that reduce energyconsumption and enhance systemperformance.
• Engagewith clients to understand their needs and expectations. Presentdesign concepts provide technical recommendations and address anyclient concerns throughout the projectlifecycle.
• Overseethe quality control process for electrical design and installation.Conduct site inspections to ensure systems are installed accordingto design specifications and industrystandards.
• Preparedetailed electrical design documents including drawingsspecifications and reports. Maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation and ensure all deliverables are completed ontime.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field isrequired.
• Minimumof 4 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus oncommercial and mixed use projects.Experience in the Vancouver or BC market ispreferred.
• Proficientin electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit andETAP).
• Strongknowledge of electrical codes standards and bestpractices.
• Abilityto manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
• Certifications : Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in British Columbia isrequired.
