Inside Sales Representative Associate

Adecco is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative Associate on behalf of our client in Ajax, ON. This is a temporary position with an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in warehouse management, customer service, and operational support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with order entry, customer service, invoicing, and warehouse administration, alongside a high level of organizational and communication skills.

• Pay rate : $23 / hour.
• Location : Ajax, ON
• Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
• Job type : Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Input orders into the system and manage customer inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries.
• Oversee the invoicing process and manage customer returns, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Work with customers to provide quotes for products and services, maintaining accurate records.
• Engage in outbound calling to clients and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and sales transactions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as AR duties, office organization, and inventory management.
• Assist with fit testing, fall equipment inspections, and coordinating related services.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure proper stock levels and organization.
• Support and coordinate training sessions for staff as required.
• Assist with picking orders, replenishing showroom stock, and ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations.
• Provide other office and warehouse-related services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all warehouse activities.

Requirements :

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Previous experience in inside sales, office administration, AR, or customer service roles. Experience with Health & Safety products or certifications is an asset.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
