About the role
Join Reckitt, a global leader in consumer health and hygiene, as our Procurement Manager for Non-Production Spend (NPS). Lead the charge to drive innovative procurement solutions that will streamline our operations and contribute to our sustainability efforts.

Your responsibilities
- Develops and drives implementation of Canada sourcing strategies for logistic categories, including warehousing and freight spends.
- Works closely with Regional key stakeholders in understanding needs, objectives and priorities to optimise total cost, quality and service
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and works cross-functionally in developing and executing sound sourcing strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Understands service spends across the business, analyses category markets and translates into actionable strategies and forward-looking analyses.
Identifies, selects and develops suppliers, negotiates and contracts within portfolio and supply based in alignment with RB Global and local strategies.
- Establishes strategic relationships with supply base and implements supplier management strategies. Motivates suppliers to treat the company as preferred customer in presenting innovation and / or cost / efficiency projects
- Becomes a key member of Procurement NPS Logistic team that will drive sustained performance and improve procurement effectiveness.
- Accountable to continuously improve supplier performance including service and quality.
- Prepares budget assumptions for portfolio in line with Canada Strategies and assumptions.
- Identifies and monitor risks and opportunities related to each category. Drive the organization to mitigate identified risks and to quickly implement opportunities adopting creative solutions.
- Designs verifies and amends contracts in conjunction with Legal Dept. Special attention is dedicated to protect intellectual property, minimize liabilities, exclusivity period of innovation, ensure availability and cost improvement.
- Acts to continuously deliver COP improvement and NWC
The experience we're looking for
6 to 9+ years of experience in a truly global organization. Proven experience in working in a fast moving and result driven environment which demands to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Procurement, supply chain, logistics and / or ability to understand a completely unfamiliar environment is required.
- Familiar with leading complex, cross-functional, sourcing projects
- Have experience working in a matrix organization and working closely with stakeholders / budget owners.
- Degree qualified preferably in Engineering, Finance, Business or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous
- Unsurpassed negotiation techniques with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Firsthand approach with a high-level ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of procurement.
