What will you do? The Regional Channel Sales Manager will focus on the sale of Schneider Electric’s offer to existing and new channels, within the Western region reporting to the Vice President, Channel Development.
Lead the growth and drive the evolution of the distributor partner program. Build the BEST Team. Drive a mindset of entrepreneurs within the organization.
Provide operational guidance to the channel organization and counsel to other business unit leaders in implementing organization objectives that reflect the company’s business goals.
Drive the overall strategy and performance of Electrical Wholesale and e-Commerce Channels in your region. Develop plan with Business Development Manager and Channel Representatives for execution of new programs to be launched to distributors.
Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across all businesses and functions (Sales, Marketing, Q&CS, Finance .
Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to our distributors. Engage with SEC sales and service leaders to provide required support and joint planning to our distributors.
Build and facilitate successful implementation of latest programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient process is in place for launch.
Manage all channels to deliver optimal Revenue, Cost, and partner experience Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital operations and customer service strategies, driving process improvement, margin and customer experience What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Electrical Engineering Degree, Marketing Master or MBA is a plus 5-10 years in sales, marketing, and channel management 3 years of experience as a manager with direct reports Knowledge of the Electrical and Automation products and segments Proven sales experience Strong leadership skills, management, and customer focus Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to travel up to 50% within Western Canada Let us learn about you!
