Salary : $55,000k - $70,000k

Location : Vancouver

Our client, a renowned furniture dealership, has been delivering exceptional services for offices and workplaces, offering a full range of solutions from design to sourcing and installation.

As a family-run business, they have maintained a client-first focus, which has been key to their success. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support their sales team and project management team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.

Position Overview : In this client-facing role, the Project Coordinator will play a key part in delivering successful projects by managing quotes, orders, logistics, and client communication.

You will collaborate with sales teams, project teams, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from initial proposals to post-installation support.

Primary Responsibilities :

Quoting & Sales Support :

  • Prepare proposals and quotes, ensuring correct pricing, discounting, and accounting for site conditions and logistics costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of quotes to clients.

Order Management :

  • Process and track orders, updating project logs and ensuring correct acknowledgments.
  • Communicate order statuses to sales and project managers, including estimated shipping dates and project timelines.
  • Place and manage orders.

Scheduling & Logistics :

  • Coordinate delivery schedules, including booking loading docks, elevators, and site access.
  • Ensure product availability and confirm shipping schedules with vendors.
  • Collaborate with installation vendors by preparing Service Work Orders and tracking progress.

Client & Post-Installation Support :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for post-installation reviews, managing claims, deficiencies, and warranty requests.
  • Handle follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction, processing any adjustments or deficiencies.
  • Support the client and internal teams to maintain smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience, ideally within the furniture industry.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and client interaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Furniture dealership experience is an asset but not required.
  • A business diploma or degree would be well-suited for this role.
