How you’ll make an impact : The Senior Director of Client Solutions and Success Canada, will manage a team of media service professionals responsible for seamless campaign set up, creative and media execution, optimization and reporting.
The Senior Director of Client Solutions and Success will lead by example proving a high-level of service across the Canadian sales operation.
The right individual will be a key contributor to Sirius XM Canada’s Media leadership team and responsible for managing individual contributors across strategy and client success, helping ensure accuracy in the execution and maintenance of campaigns, providing guidance on strategic projects, and making decisions that affect the Canadian pre / post sales process.
Strong performance management skills and partnership with sales to drive revenue goals is required. This individual will be Canada’s key point of contact for pre / post sales, directing and participating in strategic Canadian and multi-market projects that impact and influence the larger SiriusXM Canada Media services roadmap.
What you’ll do : Facilitates information flow up, down, cross-stream and cross border; Makes sure the right people get the right information at the right time.
Expertly manage team of direct reports to provide best in class strategy and account management across direct, programmatic, performance and broadcast business lines Serve as Canada’s key point of contact for Studio Resonate in establishing the creative production process.
Reviews creative assets and provides guidance to clients on requirements to meet SiriusXM Canada standards. SiriusXM Canada’s advocate for new products / features across Campaign Optimization & Insights, Product, Data and Research.
Interprets SiriusXM Canada Advertising Guidelines and makes exception / approval decisions. Manages internal approvals and service contract reviews.
Provides overflow support for team as required. Identifies inefficiencies and provides well-considered solutions with analytical rigor.
Participates in strategic projects that impact and influence the SiriusXM Canada services roadmap. Effectively delegates appropriate projects throughout Canadian solutions and success organization, acts as Canada’s main point of pre / post sales strategy for multi market initiatives.
Key point of contact with Finance department in regard to billing requests / issues. Acts as a business partner with sales leadership to deliver Canadian revenue goals and key business initiatives.
Cultivates positive business relationships with clients and sales, sales development, sales research, and technical teams.
Provides leadership and manages team members while fostering career development conversations. Advocate for Canadian pre / post sales team across the broader SiriusXM organization.
Removes barriers for team members by working cross functionally to solve complex issues on custom campaign elements. What you’ll need : 12+ years’ experience in digital / radio advertising operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Previous functional client / account management experience. Knowledge of the interactive advertising marketplace.
Experience with Performance Campaign Management, Programmatic Campaign Management, and Radio broadcast Campaign Management.
6+ years experience hiring, managing, and training a pre / post sales service team. Exceptional written / verbal communication skills;
polished and professional demeanor. Self-motivated, driven, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced, environment.
Strong work ethic; approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Exercises independent judgment, methods and techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
