Location : Atlanta GA
Contract Duration : November 11, 2024 - February 8, 2025
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Shift : 13 weeks

No local candidates within 50 miles.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty, with recent Neuro and Thoracic experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in surgical operations as part of a healthcare team
- Prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment, and help doctors during surgeries
- Ensure all instruments are sterile and functional prior to procedures
- Monitor the patients’ conditions and communicate concerns to the team
- Maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety and adherence to procedures
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (Surg Tech Cert.)
- Recent experience in Neuro and Thoracic surgeries
Holiday Expectations :
Given that the contract duration will cover the holiday season, the following requirements must be met :
- Must work 2 out of the 3 major holidays :
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Must work 1 of the minor holidays :
- The Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year’s Eve
