About the Team :
As the Manager of Health, Safety and Environment, you’ll be the driving force behind SSENSE's commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Fulfillment, you’ll have the opportunity to design and lead innovative programs that protect our most valuable asset - our people.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, from Fulfillment Centers to Headquarters, to develop and implement proactive strategies that reduce risk and foster a safer culture.
This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will be an integral part of our dynamic team in Ville Saint-Laurent, with occasional visits to other Montreal locations.

Qualifications
How To Excel In This Role :
- Leverage your expertise in Occupational Health & Safety, gained through certifications, education, and experience, to shape the vision and strategic direction of the team.
- Bring your 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years leading and inspiring teams in health and safety, to mentor and guide a high-performing team.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Quebec's workplace health and safety laws to ensure a safe and compliant work environment, safeguarding both employees and the organization.
- Leverage your excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English to build strong relationships, foster a culture of safety, and effectively convey critical information.
- Demonstrate your flexibility and commitment by adapting your schedule to proactively address emergencies and ensure the well-being of the team.
