About the Program
The National Volunteer Management (VM) Portfolio is an overarching body that governs the day-to-day operations of the Jamatkhana by providing operational guidance and support and deployment of new initiatives as needed.
It also focuses on Jamat’s safety, security and well-being and recruitment, well-being and engagement of our dedicated volunteers
The IT Program within the VM portfolio focuses on the prioritization, optimization, and delivery of the digital and data initiatives within the portfolio.
We utilize best practices in Information Technology to design, develop and implement digital and data solutions in service of driving automation, process efficiencies and data-driven decision making in areas of volunteer management, Jamati safety and security and Jamatkhana operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated volunteer to sustain and support our existing systems. Specific responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance and upgrade existing systems
- Manage user access and other operational needs as needed
- Collaborate with team members and the national data and tech team to resolve system issues and implement / enhance system security
Please note that this role is at least a one-year commitment.
About You
No previous system implementation or leadership experience is needed. If you are passionate about Jamati seva and are interested in serving Hazir Imam in this capacity, please apply and we can provide training.
