• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets Pioneer 2000's standards and safety protocols.-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
• Utilize backflow testing to maintain system compliance with safety regulations.-Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and any repairs.
• Collaborate with the team on complex issues and provide support for continuous improvement in service quality.-Conduct on-site safety assessments and uphold industry safety standards.
• Provide feedback and training to junior technicians to ensure consistent quality.Qualifications : -Experience Level : Highly skilled in plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems, with a strong background in residential settings.
• Licenses Required : Clean driver's license, Journeyman Certificate (preferred), Backflow Testing Certification (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical information and support team members.-Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
