As a Client Services Associate, you will leverage your keen eye for detail and passion for exceptional administrative support to assist internal stakeholders, clients, and insurance carriers.

Core Responsibilities :
- Process in-force policy changes and conduct regular and ongoing maintenance.
- Facilitate revenue and commission adjustments for the Advisory Team.
- Generate fiscal year-end summaries for corporate insurance policies.
- Address notices from insurance carriers and relay pertinent information to the Advisory Team.
- Manage policy documents, including scanning, saving, and mailing of policy contracts.
- Engage in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate on projects to enhance procedural efficiency across teams.
- Provide comprehensive, personalized client service to both internal and external clients.
- Respond to queries promptly with effective solutions.
- Coordinate operational tasks in line with MGA (Managing General Agent) responsibilities.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as organizational needs change.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year of client-facing experience in the financial services industry.
