Job Summary :

Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for an experienced individual who can fill a permanent, fulltime DevOps Engineer role enabling our Cloud Services department.

What You Will Do :

  • Responsible for SCCM and Intune automation, device configuration / restrictions, application / package deployment, content distribution, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee support and configuration of device and application policy management.
  • Administer the Autopilot process, including understanding the Enrollment Status Page (ESP), device joining, and Intune Enrollment.
  • Utilize SCCM and Intune software update groups to maintain Windows 10 / 11 workstations.
  • Identify and resolve system problems with both immediate workarounds and long-term solutions.
  • Respond to Azure DevOps support requests for the MDM Team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Communicate effectively with various individuals and work well in both small and large team environments.
  • Lead initiatives for multiple stakeholders and spearhead enterprise-wide programs, with research expertise.
  • Participate in team or individual projects as requested.

What You Will Bring :

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of SCCM experience, including troubleshooting, packaging and scripting.
  • Possess expert knowledge of SCCM and Intune, including device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access.
  • Expertise in image capture, advertisements, task sequences, OS deployment, and queries.
  • Extensive experience with PC and iOS device management using Intune and SCCM.
  • Strong ability to lead and deliver business solutions, while managing stakeholder projects, and support requests.
  • Understand Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Have solid knowledge of Active Directory Security Groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO management.
  • Possess strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills.
  • Have expert knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation and configuration customization.
  • Understand networking concepts, including VPN and certificate-based authentication.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence by reducing costs and enhancing security in end-user device and application delivery.
  • Understand end-user device technology and manage enterprise-wide changes, incidents, and support requests to minimize business impact.
