Our client, a leading software development company based in Mississauga, is seeking an Account Development Manager for a hybrid role.
This position involves managing a team of 3 to 5 Account Development Representatives (ADRs), where you will take on a crucial leadership role.
Your primary focus will be to mentor and support the team in achieving their sales development goals, ensuring they have the tools and direction needed for success.
As the team grows, you will also be instrumental in refining and scaling processes to maintain high performance and alignment with overall objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and develop a team of 3-5 Account Development Representatives (ADRs), providing the necessary support and direction to help them reach their goals.
- Employ Atrium to monitor ADR performance and use Groove to document calls, actively listening to verify that the correct scripts are being followed.
- Hold frequent individual meetings to evaluate performance, pinpoint opportunities for growth, and deliver helpful feedback.
- Foster an inclusive and cooperative team environment that inspires and energizes all members.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing departments to ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads while sustaining a robust pipeline.
- Deliver consistent updates and reports to senior management regarding team performance and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- 2-3 years of experience in a role as an Account Development Representative or a comparable sales development position.
- Prior management experience is advantageous, especially in supervising small teams within a dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, demonstrating a proven capacity to inspire and cultivate the growth of team members.
Salary : $95k - $110k plus OTE
