Internship Overview
As a Finance Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience with our Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable teams. You’ll learn about budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. You'll work
with our finance team and help with important projects, gaining skills to support business
decisions.
Location : Hanover, ON
Term : April 21, 2025 August 29, 2025
Compensation : This internship is a paid position.
Your Day to Day
- Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Preparing journal entries and maintaining precise financial records.
- Balancing trucking destination spreadsheets and reconciling trucking allocations
- Supporting our accounts receivable and accounts payable teams with essential financial processes.
- Organizing and filing important paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as they arise, giving you a well-rounded experience.

What We're Looking For :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and be comfortable using virtual
meeting platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
meet deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Full-time availability for a 4-month term, April Aug 2025
